Refund policy

All sales are final.

Defective products shall be shipped back to the manufacturer(s) at Buyer('s) expense upon approval by the Manufacturer(s). We do not deal with any warranty issues, and any warranty issues should be dealt with Manufacturer(s) directly with the proof of purchase.

XT Performance LLC shall not be held responsible for any return shipping cost and warranty fees.

There will be a 3% deduction to cover the processing fee that are automatically applied to each transaction, IF there were to be any refunds issued. We will not absorb the fee that Shopify applies, as we are not able to get that amount back.
