Overtake is a new automotive parts company and supplier. Although the name is new, there's no doubt that the people behind the scenes are new. Justin Grimm, founder of Overtake, has been in the Subaru community for over 20 years. After selling his first company to an equity firm, he quickly realized the true core values of his original company started to slip away. Now, Justin has launched his new company to OVERTAKE  what he originally built with the Subaru Community and Car Enthusiasts. and that is, "a brand built on real enthusiast centered values, with a personal touch that big corporations can’t replicate."

Our mission is to rebuild what has been lost and develop a company driven by passion, quality and community engagement. As an aftermarket parts manufacturer, we believe it's our responsibility to be caretakers of this unique community, and we are here to do whatever it takes!"
